What started as a solo reset trip into Kolob, Utah, became the infamous "Scroll of Adam," a brutally honest, ongoing list of every place we needed to improve, rebuild trust, and serve customers better.

1. The Kolob Reset

Six months ago, Adam stepped away from everything, no phone, no service, just a roll of masking paper and a head full of hard questions. Up on that mountain, he realized Prestige had slipped into defense mode, the same trap most construction companies fall into after getting burned. Instead of playing to win, we were playing not to lose.

2. The Scroll of Adam

What Adam discovered during his time away became the raw foundation for The Scroll: a clear, honest list of values we said we had… but weren’t consistently living. It forced us to address a major industry problem: trust, along with revealing the major blind spots we faced - where we weren’t serving customers at the highest level, and set the new standard for who Prestige is becoming. We were building walls instead of bridges, and that ends now.

3. Asking the Hard Questions

After returning from Kolob, Adam hit the phones. He called clients, contractors, designers, and suppliers and asked one question: “What does construction need to do better, and what do YOU wish we did better?” Those conversations reshaped our priorities, exposed weaknesses that needed to be addressed, and became the backbone of this series.

The Joint Effort is our commitment to own our flaws publicly and improve transparently.

4. A Playbook That Never Ends

The Scroll isn’t finished, and it never will be. Every week, we add new plays based on real customer feedback and field experience. Because at the end of the day: “If we’re not the best, why would you hire us?”
